Terms of use

By using Learning Monitor, you agree to these operational terms. They are intended to keep learning and private-session services clear and fair.
Accounts
Provide accurate information, keep your password private, and use only your own account. You are responsible for activity performed through an active session on your devices.
Learning content
Course material is provided for education and practice. Completion records and certificates describe activity within Learning Monitor and are not academic degrees, licenses, or guarantees of professional results.
Private sessions
A booking request is not final until accepted where teacher confirmation is required. Times use the Asia/Tehran time zone. Emergency consultation means a call within 60 minutes, has no calendar slot, and costs 50% more. Users must provide enough accurate information for the teacher to prepare.
Payments, cancellation, and reconciliation
Payments are completed on BluPay. A reservation remains marked payment-pending until receipt is verified and recorded. Cancelling a reservation does not itself reverse an external payment; any refund must be reviewed against the payment record and applicable agreement before processing.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the service, scrape private data, impersonate another person, upload harmful links, or use lessons and teacher materials in violation of their rights. Access may be suspended to protect users or the service.
Availability
We work to keep the service available and preserve data, but maintenance, network failures, or events outside our control can interrupt access. Scheduled sessions may need to be rescheduled when a teacher becomes unavailable.
Changes
Material changes to these terms should be published here with a new effective date. Continued use after publication means the updated terms apply to future activity.
